i made like 5 giant buzzillas and ten smaller buzzes but the directer wouldnt let me so im like TOO BAD

i made a giant buzz and a little buzz and called it big buzz meets little buzz

You aren't forced to do this... You can choose to do this or not. If you want, you can skip the entire thing.

There isn't any options of rotating, then how will I rotate some objects from this scene?

Why does the bed move as you resize it, and how do you get it to stop moving?

It depends on what order you are using the scale and translate transformations. If you have translate before scale then that may be the problem.

The items that just require translation are already in place. Now you can add items that require translation and scaling. Ignore any item that requires rotation. Again, once you are happy with the scene, submit it for the director's approval.
