Has any one tried putting everything as low as it can go? What I found worked really well was;
Damping 6
Hairs 100
Springs per hair 4
Spring length 32
Spring stiffness 9
Support length 35
Support stiffness 1
Someone else also had something you could try. It was one of the more recent ones.
