About this unit
2D figures have area and perimeter to describe the measurements of their interiors and exteriors. With 3D figures, we use volume and surface area for the same ideas. We'll find fractional volumes using cubes with fractional side lengths. For surface area, we'll add the areas of each outside face.Learn
