• can u also divide by 10?
• Yes, but you will need to divide by ten again because 100 cm equals a meter, and 10 times 10 equals 100.
• How many acres can be fertilized with 1392 gallons of fertilizer?
(1 vote)
• This depends on how many gallons of fertilizer you need for each acre. If you need 100 gallons of fertilizer for each acre, then you only have enough for 13 acres, and you'll have 92 gallons of fertilizer leftover. If you need 25 gallons of fertilizer for each acre, then you have enough for 55 acres, and you'll have 17 gallons leftover. If you need 2 gallons of fertilizer for each acre, then you have enough for 696 acres, and you'll have no fertilizer leftover.

Just take 1392, and divide it by the number of gallons you need for each acre.

• how do you say the word hi in a different language?
• Why bother with having the 0 on the left of the decimal?
(1 vote)
• The 0 to the left of the decimal is not absolutely needed, for decimals greater than -1 but less than 1. For example, .042 is the same as 0.042.

However, writing the 0 to the left of the decimal is sometimes preferred style. For example, this 0 is preferred in the type of work that l do (writing mathematics test questions).
• wait so am i right with this
