• Can skip counting be applied with any number?
• Yes, skip-counting can be applied to any number!

You can skip-count by 5 or 10 or 2 or 4 or 7 or any whole (counting) number you can think of.
• What does skip counting by ten mean?
• You would only count every 10th number. For example, if you were to 'skip count by 10s' starting at 0, you would say "0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50..." so on. If you were to start at 6, you would say "6, 16, 26, 36, 46..."
• Is it possible to count by 5s forever?
• Yes. From whatever number you're at, you can always add 5 to it, which means you should be able to count by 5s for as long as you want.
• Can you skip count by decimals? Can you skip count by fractions?
